干旱胁迫对杂交苎麻脯氨酸积累、膜脂过氧化及抗氧化酶活性的影响 被引量:10

摘要 以杂交苎麻品种川苎11号为材料,采用盆栽控水试验,设置正常供水(对照)、轻度干旱、中度干旱和重度干旱,研究了杂交苎麻长期干旱胁迫持续10天、15天、20天对杂交苎麻脯氨酸含量、膜脂过氧化及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫下杂交苎麻叶片脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、SOD活性和POD活性均呈上升趋势,且胁迫程度越重,胁迫时间越长,上升幅度越高;CAT活性随干旱胁迫的加剧呈上升趋势,随干旱胁迫时间的延长呈先升后降趋势;与对照相比,脯氨酸含量高23.61%-84.10%,丙二醛含量高9.49%-34.93%,SOD活性高7.51%-34.53%,POD活性高10.61%-61.85%,CAT活性高8.31%-41.60%。总之,干旱胁迫导致杂交苎麻内部生理生化机制发生变化,并显著降低了原麻产量。 "Chuanzhu 11 ",a hybrid ramie, was grown in pots subjected to 4 different treatments (well-watered, mild, moderate and severe drought stress) for 10, 15 and 20 days in a greenhouse. Then the contents of proline and malonialdehyde (MDA) , superoxide dismustase (SOD) activity, perox- ide dismustase (POD) activity and catalase (CAT) activity were assessed. The results showed that drought stress led to a prominent increase in the contents of proline and MDA, the activities of SOD and POD. The severer and longer the drought stress was, the more these components increased. The CAT ac- tivity was enhanced under progressive drought stress while it initially increased, subsequently changed in an opposite direction under long term drought stress. Compared with the well - watered plants, the con- tents of proline and MDA increased by 23.61% - 84.10% and 9.49% - 34.93% ,while the activities of SOD, POD and CAT increased by 7.51% -34.53% ,10.61% -61.85% and 8.31% -41.60%, respeetively. In summary, drought stress led to the physiological and biochemical responses in hybrid ram- ie, subsequently reduced fiber yield.
