牙源性干细胞及其神经分化潜能的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 牙源性干细胞不但具有间充质干细胞(MSC)的特点,而且来源广泛、易获取,可进行自体移植。牙源性干细胞主要有以下5种类型:牙髓干细胞(DPSC)[1],乳牙干细胞(SHED)[2],牙周膜干细胞(PDLSC)[3],牙乳头干细胞(SCAP)[4],牙囊干细胞(DFPC)[5]。与其他来源如骨髓、脂肪、外周血、脐带血等的MSC相比,牙源性干细胞取材方便,来自拔除的牙齿,不违背伦理道德;可低温冷冻,同时保持多向分化潜能。
