摘要
文章以4-甲基-2-戊酮对苯乙胺改性制备脂肪族胺类潜伏性固化剂,并运用红外光谱法对产物的结构进行表征。从固化剂的固化温度、时间、剪切强度等方面考察其固化性能及其与环氧树脂构成单组分体系的储存稳定性。实验结果表明,苯乙胺酮亚胺的固化性能较好,其固化条件为:120℃、120min,拉伸剪切强度为7.6MPa,贮存期为3个月以上。
A new kind of latent curing agent was obtained by modifying phenylethylamine with 4-methyl-2-pentanone,and the structure of product was characterized by FT-IR.We investigated the curing properties and the storage stability of the product.The results showed that the new curing agent has good stability at room temperature and improved curing performance.It can be cured at 120 ℃ by two hours and the tensile shear strength is 7.6 MPa.The storage period can be above three months at room temperature.
