摘要
构建高效、反应快捷和运行可靠的信息化体系不仅能全面提升工程爆破行业的安全管理、预防事故和应急处置突发事件的能力,还能推动工程爆破行业的技术进步,为各级政府决策提供科学依据。为加快信息技术与工程爆破生产技术的融合,首先结合工程爆破的行业特点,分析了当前我国工程爆破行业信息化建设的现状及其存在的问题,然后论述了今后工程爆破行业信息化建设的对策措施和研究重点与方向。
Constructing a high-efficient, fast-response, reliable-operation informationalization system could not only improve the abilities of safety management, accident prevention and emergency handling ability of unexpected incidents during the engineering blasting process, but also promote the development of engineering blasting technology and provide scientific basis for policy making of governments at all levels. In order to accelerate the integration of information technology and engineering blasting technology, the current situation and problems for the informationalization construction of engineering blasting were firstly analyzed in this paper, and then its countermeasures and the future research emphasis were discussed ac- cording to the characteristics of engineering blasting.
