摘要 随着世界经济的持续低迷,国际市场竞争的日趋激烈,如何利用各种技术手段增加产品收率、降低原料和动力消耗,保证生产装置的优化和安全平稳运行,最大限度地降低生产成本,提高产品竞争力已成为国内石油和化工企业必须面对和亟待解决的问题。先进控制(APC)技术的出现为企业突破生产瓶颈解决上述问题提供了有效地方法。本文通过先进控制技术在VAc(醋酸乙烯)装置的实施与应用,从多个方面阐述了先进控制系统给生产装置带来的显著经济效益。 With the sustained economic downturn, the international market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, how to use various technical means to increase the product yield, reduce the raw materials and power consumption, and make sure production unit optimization and safety running smoothly, maximum limit reduce production cost, enhance the competitiveness of their products has become the domestic petroleum and chemical industry enterprise must face and problems to be solved. Advanced process control (APC) has emerged as the enterprise to break through the bottleneck of production to solve the above problem provides a effective method. This article through the advanced control technology in VAc (vinyl acetate) device implementation and application, from many aspects of the advanced control system to the production unit bring significant economic benefits.
