摘要
研究装备保障训练问题,装备保障训练评估是提高训练效能的有效手段。根据自适应神经模糊推理系统(ANFIS),首先分析了影响装备保障训练效果的主要因素,建立了ANFIS模型结构,并分析了后向传播和递归最小二乘算法的模型求解混合算法,并构建了ANFIS的装备保障训练等级评估模型,利用样本数据,通过训练模型得到了与实际装备保障训练等级一致的评估结果,验证了模型的正确性和有效性,并将评估结果与BP神经网络的评估结果进行了对比分析,对比结果表明了ANFIS方法的优越性,为装备保障训练等级评估提供了一种有效的方法。
The evaluation of equipment support training is an effective way to improve training efficiency. The e- valuation method of equipment support training was studied based on adaptive neural fuzzy inference system (AN- FIS). The main influence factors of equipment support training effectiveness were analyzed. The model structure of ANFIS was established and the hybrid - learning algorithm for the established model by applying back - propagation and least mean squares procedure were studied. Then the evaluation model of equipment support training level was constructed based on ANFIS. The equipment support training level which is consistent with the factual training level was achieved by training the proposed model using training sample data, which verified the correctness and effective- ness of the proposed method. Simulation comparing analysis for equipment support training level evaluation using the proposed method and BP neutral network were conducted respectively. The superiority of the proposed method was verified by simulation results, which provides an effective method for equipment support training evaluation.
