摘要
为探讨衰老对空间记忆能力的影响 ,选用健康雄性 SD大鼠 ,青年组 ( 3月龄 ) 2 0只 ,老年组 ( 2 6月龄 ) 40只 ,进行 Morris水迷宫行为学测定。将大于青年鼠平均逃避潜伏期加 2倍标准差的老年鼠定为老年性记忆减退组 (简称减退组 ) ,将小于青年鼠平均逃避潜伏期加 1倍标准差者定为老年记忆正常组 (简称正常组 )。Morris水迷宫空间探索实验的 12 0 s以 2 0 s为单位分为 6个时间段。各时间段中青年组和正常组的平台象限游泳路程占总路程的百分比均高于其它象限。减退组 6个时间段的游泳路程数值随机变化 ,平台象限游泳路程百分比与其它象限无明显差异。受试大鼠平台象限路程百分比均随时间改变出现明显的波动性变化。青年组数值起伏变化较大 ,波动的峰值随着时间推移逐渐增高。波动最低值逐渐降低 ,波动幅度逐渐增大。在 40 s、80 s和 12 0 s分别出现峰值。正常组波动幅度明显减少 ,曲线上升缓慢 ,80 s时达到峰值 ,以后又趋下降。减退组平台象限游泳路程百分比明显下降 ,40 s和 80 s分别出现峰值。
To explore the role of aging factor for space memory, 60 male healthy SD rats, of which 20 were young (3 months) and 40 old (26 months), were used for behavior examination with Morris water maze. The senile memory deficits rats(SMD)showed longer mean escape latency than the mean+2s of the escape latency of the young, while the mean escape latencies of the senile memory normal rat (SMN) was less than the mean+1s. The percentage swimming path in platform quadrant and middle circle of SMN was significantly higher than others, but no difference was found in that of SMD; and the percentage swimming path in platform quadrant and middle circle of SMD was decreased significantly comparing with the young and SMN. Then spatial exploring trial was divided into 6 spans of 20s. The percentages of platform quadrant swimming path of 3 groups were fluctuated obviously following time changing. The examined rats at first explored in platform quadrant, then went to other quadrant, and returned to the platform quadrant, and thus repeated several times. The curve of the young undulated significantly. The peak of wave rose and the lowest point of wave was decreased gradually with time; and the range of wave was gradually increased. The curve of SMN rose slowly, and arrived at the peak on 80s, then went down. The level of the SMD was decreased obviously and every wave was as long as 80s. The results suggested that the space memory and exploring strategy of SMD and SMN were different significantly.
