摘要
为了研究未染锈病和不同染锈病等级的杨树叶内小分子代谢物的差异,系统采集了健康叶、轻度染病叶、中度染病叶以及重度染病叶样品,利用气相色谱—质谱联用技术对其进行测定分析。结果表明:1)不同杨树无性系中的小分子代谢物种类基本相同,代谢物的个别差异是由于种属差异造成的,因为健康的杨树品种03-04-170和I108无性系都检测到了15种化合物,其中有8种是相同的。2)随着感病程度的加深,检测到的化合物种类有所增加。经分析03-04-170健康叶检测到15种化合物,轻度感染锈病的杨树叶中检测到19种,中度感染的叶片中检测到28种,而重度感染锈病的叶片中检测到31种。3)与抗病直接相关的代谢物有:对辛基苯酚、双萜植物醇、倍半萜桉叶醇、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、邻苯二酚、丁香酚、D-酪氨酸、g-Sitostero、亚麻酸乙酯和邻羟基苯甲醛等。
The sample leaves of uninfection, mild infection, moderate infection and severe infection were selected to study the differences of small molecular metabolites in poplar leaves with different degree of rust infection or rust uninfection and analyze these samples by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS technique). The results showed that these kinds of small molecular metabolite in different poplar clones were similar and the individual difference of small molecular metabolite was caused by different species or genus. The reason was that fifteen kinds of compounds were detected in both healthy 03-04-170 and I108 clones, and eight kinds were the same. With the deepening of infection degree, the number of com- pounds detected increased. There were 15, 19, 28 and 31 kinds of compounds which were detected in healthy 03-04-170 leaves, leaves of mild infection, leaves of moderate infection and leaves of severe infection, respectively. The metabolites related to rust resistance were p-Octylphenol, plant alcohol, eudesmol, 2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol, pyrocatechol, eugenol, D-Tvrosine. g-Sitosterol' ethyl linolena/e, salicvlaldehvda and so on
