摘要
鉴于国际医学期刊编辑委员会《向生物医学期刊投稿的统一要求》中有关关键词规定部分与我国国家标准不一致,本研究选取国内外知名医学期刊进行调查,分析各刊的稿约、摘要后关键词著录情况,同时对2个医学文摘型数据库PubMed及CBMdisc进行调查,以探讨医学期刊印刷版取消关键词著录的可行性。结果表明,医学期刊印刷版中不必著录关键词,主题标引工作可以由数据库专业标引人员在对各刊电子数据进行加工时完成。这应该是医学期刊的一个发展趋势。
Given that prescriptions on key words in Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals （ International Committee of Medical Journal Editors ） are inconsistent with Chinese National Standards, we analyze the feasibility of cancelling key words in printed medical journals. We selected 15 well-known medical journals at home and abroad to analyze their instructions for authors and to find out whether all abstracts are followed by key words; in addition, we investigated two medical bibliographic databases, PubMed and CBMdisc. We find that key words are not necessary to appear ＂after the abstracts in printed edition, but should be added by professional indexers while processing the electronic data. This will be a development trend in medical journals.
