摘要
针对非常规突发事件发生后造成多个灾点的实际情况,运用非合作博弈理论构建多灾点应急通信资源调配模型;利用迭代算法对该模型进行了纳什均衡求解;并通过算例分析验证了模型的可行性和有效性。研究表明,运用基于迭代的Nash均衡算法求解得到的调度策略可以达到多灾点应急通信资源调度成本最小化和效用最大化的目的。
According to the actual situation of the occurrence in multiple disaster locations caused by abnormal events, the paper constructs the emergency communication resource allocation model for multiple disaster locations based on non-cooperative game theory. The Nash equilibrium solution is used in the model by iterative algorithm. The feasibility and effectiveness of the model is verified through the example analysis. The research shows that the scheduling strategy based on iterative Nash equilibrium algorithm can achieve the purpose on the cost minimization and utility maximization of emergency communication resource scheduling for multiple disaster locations.
