摘要
地方特色文献的搜集、整理、研究以及开发利用,对高校图书馆特色馆藏建设具有重要意义,特别是一些珍贵的民族地方文献,亟待专业机构进行整理与保护。本文阐述了地方文献收集、开发以及利用的主要方法和原则,并对文献的管理进行了探讨,以期为高校特色学科建设及当地发展提供有益借鉴。
the local characteristic literature collection,sorting,research and development and utilization,is of great significance to the university library characteristic collection construction,especially some precious national local documents,to professional organizations for finishing and protection.This article expounds the local document collection,development and utilization of the main methods and principles,and probes into the management of the literature,so as to characteristic discipline construction in colleges and universities and the local development provides the beneficial reference.
