摘要
利用声级计和多通道数据采集仪对现场三叶罗茨鼓风机进行噪声测试,通过频谱分析确定罗茨鼓风机的主要噪声源及其特征。证实风机的噪声源主要是空气动力学噪声中的旋转噪声,涡流噪声和机械噪声影响较小,且噪声频率主要分布在中低频。
The noise of a three leaves roots blower is measured by sound level meter and multi-channel data acquisition equipment, then the main noise source of roots blower and it's characteristics are determined by means of spectral analysis. Experiments confirm that the main noise source of roots blower is rotation noise which is one of aerodynamic noise, vortex noise and mechanical noise are of less effect, and the noise frequency is mainly distributed in the medium and low frequency region.
