摘要
通过分析高职院校大学生的心理特质及宿舍人际冲突的特点,结合笔者日常工作经验进行分析归纳和总结,对高职院校宿舍人际冲突的原因进行了探讨,并提出了相应的对策。
Through analysis of psychological traits and vocational college students＇ dormitory interpersonal conflict,combined with the author＇s day-to-day work experience were analyzed and summarized,and discussed the reasons for the vocational colleges dormitory interpersonal conflict,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
