G5排痰仪联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入在老年COPD患者排痰护理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究G5振动排痰仪联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者排痰的临床效果。方法:将60岁以上COPD患者120例随机分为3组,各40例;A组采用G5振动排痰仪治疗,频率15~30 Hz,每次15 min,3次/d,24 h评估1次疗效;B组采用盐酸氨溴索30 mg用生理盐水20 mL稀释后,加入德国百瑞雾化吸入器内吸入,雾化时间为20 min,3次/d,5 d为一疗程。C组采用盐酸氨溴索雾化联合振动排痰仪治疗,雾化后间隔30 min,用G5振动排痰仪治疗3次/d。结果:C组排痰量与A组、B组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组患者排痰量与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:G5振动排痰仪联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入对老年COPD患者排痰效果明显,值得临床推广。 Objective : To study the G5 of vibration sputum elimination apparatus in combination with ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation on the sputum in elderly COPD patients clinical effect. Methods : 120 cases of COPD patients over the age of 60 were randomly divided into 3 groups, 40 cases in A group, the G5 of vibration sputum elimination apparatus in the treatment of choice for each frequency, 15 -30 HZ, 15 min, 3 times a day, 24 h evaluate a curative effect. 40 cases in group B, using ambroxol at- omization inhalation treatment, the hydrochloric ambroxol 30 mg with 20 mL of normal saline into the German Swiss nebulizer in- halation, aerosol time of 20 min, 3 times a day, 5 day as a course of treatment. In group C with ambroxol hydroehloride com- bined with vibration sputum elimination apparatus in the treatment of, atomization of the interval 30 min after using G5 vibration sputum elimination apparatus in the treatment of 3 times a day. Results : In C group and A group and B group of patients with sputum amount had significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). A group and B group of patients with sputum volume to compare differ- ence not to have statistical significance. Conclusion: G5 sputum ejection apparatus combined with ambroxol atomization inhalation on the old COPD expectoration effect is obvious, and treatment of elderly patients with COPD preference.
