摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查和逻辑分析等研究方法,对郑州市中学中青年女教师体育锻炼的现状进行调查分析,针对分析结果提出有效的对策研究.为进一步促进郑州市中学中青年女教师群体体育活动的开展,提供有益的借鉴和参考.
By literature, questionnaire and logical analysis and so on, physical exercises present situation of youth female teachers of middle schools in Zhengzhou City was analyzed, and based on the results of the analysis effective countermeasure was put forward, in order to promote the sports activities for youth female teachers of middle schools in Zhengzhou City further, and to provide some beneficial reference.
