摘要
对基于图像处理的钼丝垂直度检测进行探讨.首先构建该检测装置的实验平台,重点研究数字图像处理技术在钼丝垂直度检测方面的应用,通过原始图像数字化、灰度处理及灰度均衡、图像平滑、Roberts算子边缘检测、阈值分割、Hough变换特征提取处理得到最终结果,再采用Matlab编程计算钼丝直线的斜率参数,通过计算得出需要的调整量进行有效的调整,最终实现钼丝垂直度的精度控制,从理论分析和实验2个方面证明了该方法实现的可行性和正确性.
A detection for the molybdenum wire cussed. An experimental platform for the device processing on molybdenum wire vertical detection perpendicular based on is constructed first, and image processing is disthe technology of image is studied in detail. By the methods such as original image digitization, gray processing and gray balance, image smoothing, Roberts operator edge detection, threshold segmentation and Hough transform processing, the final results are obtained. The slope of molybdenum wire line is then extracted by Matlab programming and the needed adjustment quantity is calculated. Finally, the accuracy degree of molybdenum wire vertical is controlled, the correctness and feasibility of the method are proved theoretically and practically.
