摘要
对高校廉政建设的内涵进行分析界定,围绕高校物资采购、基建工程等招标项目进行调研,研究高校招标领域廉政制度建设中存在的问题,总结出高校廉政制度建设规律性因素,强调必须将分权、限权、放权、减权纳入招标监督管理制度框架。
This passage has clearly analyze meaning of university anti-corruption mechanism, probe certain systems such as university material purchase-bids, constructive-projects and research problems concerning anti-corruption mechanism construction of purchase-bid in university, and finally summarize regularly factors of university anti-corruption mechanism construction, emphasize bid management supervision system framework which contain rights to separation, restriction, devolution and reduction.
