摘要
各项钻井新工艺的应用,为钻井提速提供了有力保障,同时对井下各类异常的预报提出了更高的要求。为了适应新形势下的市场需要,通过对川西地区10余口井井下复杂异常情况分析,利用多参数综合分析的方式,建立起一套适合川西气侵﹑水侵﹑井漏﹑井涌﹑钻井液循环系统刺漏异常的录井识别模式。在C3井钻井施工中的应用表明,利用该模式预报各类异常25次,成功率100%,较一般的单一参数预报成功率增加20%,实现了现场实时、随钻判别异常,发出异常预报,确保安全快速钻井的目的。该模式在川西油气勘探、开发中为安全钻井提供了保障,展示了良好的推广应用前景。
Various applications of new drilling techniques have provided a powerful guarantee for improving the drilling speed, however, they put forward higher requirements to predict various borehole anomalies. In order to adapt to the market needs arising from the new situation, a set of mud logging abnormal identifying model was established by analyzing the complex borehole anomalies of more than 10 wells in western Sichuan and using the synthetic analysis of multiple parameters, the model is suitable for gas invasion, water influx, lost circulation, well kick, drilling fluid circulating system leakage in western Sichuan. Its application in well C 3 drilling showed that 25 various anomalies were forecasted, the successful rate was 100%, the successful rate of prediction was increased by 20% through comparing to the common single parameter prediction. The model realizes wellsite real-time LWD abnormal forecast and gives out abnormal distinguishment to ensure the realization of the purpose of safely and fast drilling, also provides guarantee for the safety of drilling in western Sichuan′s oil and gas exploration and development, and shows a good prospect for the promotion and application.
