摘要
为了掌握高模量沥青混凝土道路结构在车辆荷载反复作用下的受力特点,采用ABAQUS建立计算模型,针对带裂缝的半刚性基层高模量沥青混凝土面层的结构形式,对存在裂缝的道路结构进行应力强度因子计算和疲劳寿命分析。结果表明,高模量沥青混凝土面层中反射裂缝的应力强度因子随高模量层模量的增加而提高;在疲劳断裂参数不改变的情况下,沥青路面的疲劳寿命将会降至原寿命的74.6%。因此,改善高模量沥青混凝土材料自身的疲劳性能,是保证高模量沥青混凝土路面的疲劳寿命不受影响的必要条件,在高模量沥青混凝土应用技术中应增加关于高模量沥青混凝土疲劳性能技术指标的具体要求。
In order to master mechanical characteristics of high modulus asphalt concrete pavement, fracture mechanics calculation and fatigue life analysis for the special road structure were completed using ABAQUS finite element software, which road composed with semi-rigid base layer with cracks and high modulus asphalt concrete pavement. The results show that the stress intensity factor of reflection crack will increase with the modulus increasing of high modulus asphalt concrete pavement, and the propagation life of reflection crack decreased to 74.6% of the original life. So in order to ensure that the fatigue life of high modulus of asphalt concrete pavement is not affected, it is necessary to improve the fatigue performance of high modulus asphalt concrete, and add the fatigue evaluation index into the applied technology of high modulus asphalt concrete.
