摘要
AB-8大孔树脂吸附樟树叶多酚的最佳温度为25℃,多酚溶液pH 5.68,最适宜的洗脱液为60%的乙醇溶液(体积分数).AB-8大孔树脂对樟树叶多酚静态吸附4 h达到平衡,吸附率94.4%;静态解吸动力学特性测定表明,解吸2 h,解吸率80.28%;在上述最佳条件下,多酚得率75.78%,纯度63.56%.AB-8大孔树脂等温吸附樟树叶多酚过程符合Langmuir方程,饱和吸附量为47.619 mg·g-1.
The optimal parameters for AB-8 adsorbing camphotree leaves polyphenol were determined as: 25 ℃, pH 5.68, the best desorbing solvent was 60% ethanol. The adsorbing achieved balance in 4 hours, and the adsorbing rate was 94.4%. The desorbing rate was 80.28% in 2 hours. Under the optimal conditions, the recovery rate was 75.78%, and the purity of polyphenol was 63.56%. The pattern of ABdg adsorbing camphotxee leaves polyphenol fit Langmuir equation, and the saturated adsorption capacity of ABdg was 47.619 mg · 8^-1.
