摘要
目的 研究银杏叶总黄酮在体内对缩血管物质活性的影响。方法 用银杏叶的乙醇 (75 % )提取液 (总黄酮含量 0 .5 g/ml)给大鼠腹腔注射 (每日 1 ml/kg体重 ) 4 0 d,取颈静脉血 ,测试血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)、内皮素 (ET)活性及一氧化氮 (NO)含量变化。结果 银杏叶总黄酮体内实验对 ACE无抑制作用 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;对 ET有明显抑制作用 (P<0 .0 2 ) ;NO含量明显降低。结论 银杏叶总黄酮对缩血管物质 ET有明显抑制作用。
Objective To study effct of Ginkgobiobal flavon (GF) on the activation of contractile vessel substances in vivo.Method Extract ginkgobiobal with 75% alcohol( content of flavon 0.5g/ml) was injected in rats 1ml/(kg·d),ip,until 40d.Then the serum drawed from the rats jugular vein was used to test the activation of ACE and ET and the content of NO.Result The GF could not inhibit the activation of ACE in vivo(P> 0.05);But it could signifcantly inhibit the activation of endothelin(P<0.02) and reduce the content of NO.Conclusion The result suggested that vasodilating mechanism of GF could be to inhibit the activation of endothelin.
