二压汁镁盐-壳聚糖复合混凝澄清研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了实施甘蔗糖厂一压汁与二压汁的分流澄清工艺,进行了在高pH值条件下用硫酸镁和壳聚糖对二压汁进行单一和复合混凝剂的澄清试验。通过改变pH值、温度、澄清剂添加量,研究单一混凝剂及单因素条件对二压汁澄清效果的影响;在此基础上采用响应面分析法优化两种澄清剂的复合混凝澄清及其条件。单因素试验研究结果表明,在高pH值条件下两种混凝剂对二压汁均有良好的澄清效果,硫酸镁的脱色及提净效率均优于壳聚糖。复合混凝实验结果显示,硫酸镁与壳聚糖对二压汁的清净具有协同作用,硫酸镁-壳聚糖复合混凝的澄清效果优于单一混凝剂澄清;最佳工艺条件为硫酸镁0.5%,壳聚糖464 mg/kg,温度60℃,pH=11.06。进行了二压汁的硫酸镁和壳聚糖复合混凝澄清与传统亚硫酸法工艺澄清的对比试验,在最优工艺条件下,复合混凝剂的高pH澄清与传统亚硫酸澄清工艺相比,清汁纯度提高约6AP,脱色率提高约25%。 To clarify the firstly and secondary pressed juice, clarification of the secondary pressed juice by coagulation with magnesium sulfate and ehitosan under high pH was investigated. Single co- agulanfion experiments were performed under varying pH value, temperature, and dosages of coagu- lants. The experimental investigation of composite coagulation with optimal conditions was then per- formed using the surface response method. The single coagultion experiments showed that the cation- ic coagulants showed excellent clarifying effect on the secondary pressed juice at high pH value with magnesium sulfate superior to ehitosan in purification and deeoloration. The composite coagulation was better than the single coagulation in clarification, showing the synergistic clarifying action be- tween the two coagulants. The optimal condition was dosage being 0. 5% of magnesium sulfate and 464 mg/kg chitosan, temperature 60℃, pH = 11.06. Compared to the traditional sulfitation clarifi- cation, the purity was increased by 6 AP and the decoloration rate increased by 25% under optimum conditions.
