摘要
在安川G7110kW变频器上加装SI-P1通讯卡,实现了S7-300和安川G7110kW变频器的PROFIBUS通讯。选用SI-P1通讯卡自带的Extended data1数据长度进行通讯,可以实时地读取变频器及牙轮钻机的运行状态,并且在西门子MP377触摸屏上显示系统运行参数,从而及时地发现牙轮钻机的故障及潜在故障,解决了牙轮钻机故障排除难的问题,降低维修成本,提高经济效益。
SI-P1 communication card is inserted in G7 converter to realize the PROFIBUS communication between $7-300 and AnChuan GTl10 kW converter. The Extended data1 inside the SI- P1 card is applied to read the operation status of the converter and rotary drill in real time and the operation parameters is displayed on the MP377 Siemens touch screen. The quick troubleshooting not only improves the working efficiency but reduce the cost.
