摘要
目的探讨油橄榄叶提取物(OLE)对铅中毒小鼠心肌ATP酶和抗氧化能力的影响。方法选健康小鼠,每日灌胃醋酸铅溶液的同时灌胃不同剂量的OLE进行治疗,连续用药30 d,检测ATP酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与模型对照组相比,小鼠灌胃OLE后心肌ATP、SOD和GSH-PX的活性升高,MDA含量降低。结论 OLE对铅中毒小鼠有一定疗效,能影响心肌ATP酶的活性和抗氧化能力,拮抗铅对心肌的毒性。
Objective: To study the effects of olive leaf extract(OLE) on level of ATP and antioxidant capacity in lead poisoned mice. Methods:Healthy mice were chosen and daily intragastric administration with lead acetate and with different doses of OLE were administered to them for 30 days. The levels of ATP, SOD, MDA, and GSH-PX were detected. Results:Compared with the control group, the levels of ATP, SOD and GSH-PX tended to be elevated, while the level of MDA seemed to be reduced in OLE groups. Conclusion:OLE has significant effects on myocardial ATP enzyme activity and antioxidant capacity to protect lead toxicity in myocardium.
