摘要
产品质量策划是产品质量管理的一个重要部分,是开展所有质量控制活动的前提,是一个集制定各阶段的质量目标、作业过程与搜集相关产品资源,最终达到实现质量目标目的的综合性复杂活动。传统的质量策划的方法主要有两种:自顶向下法和自底向上法两种,这两种方法各有各的优点,不过近些年来,又有部分学者提出了新的网络分析法,文中将结合这几种方法的优点,重新构建新的质量策划模型,并结合实际的案例进行阐述分析,希望能为相关的研究提供新的思路。
Product Quality Planning is an important part of product quality management and the premise to carry out all quality control activities, develop quality objectives of each stage is a set of operating process and collect relevant products and resources, and ultimately integrated complex activities to achieve the purpose of achieving quality objectives. Traditional quality planning methods are mainly two: the top - down method and the bottom - up method two, these two methods have their own advantages, but in recent years, there are some scholars proposed an network analysis, the author will combine the advantages of these methods, to rebuild a new quality planning model, and elaborate analysis combined with the actual case, hoping to provide new ideas for research.
