类风湿性关节炎早期X线平片分析 被引量：2

摘要 类风湿性关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis,RA）是一种原因不明的慢性全身免疫性疾病,多见于中年女性,常出现关节疼痛,运动障碍。早期诊断、早期治疗是控制病情进展、保持关节功能和防止畸形的重要手段。类风湿性关节炎早期诊断的方法很多，x线诊断简便、易行，是必不可少的检查方法之一，类风湿性关节炎早期x线表现为关节周围软组织肿胀和关节附近轻度骨质疏松，以及关节面下关节边缘的轻度骨质破坏。现就早期类风湿性关节炎的x线平片诊断作一分析。
