轻度肾积水致肾后性急性肾功能衰竭3例报告并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨轻度肾积水致肾后性急性肾功能衰竭的原因及诊治方法,提高对轻度肾积水的认识及诊治水平。方法分析3例轻度肾积水所致肾后性急性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料,结合文献复习讨论其特点、诊断、治疗及预后。结果 3例患者均临床表现为急性肾功能衰竭,B型超声示轻度肾积水。经多方检查明确为肾后性急性肾功能衰竭,行腹腔镜加双J管置入术后肾功能衰竭治愈。结论肾后性急性肾功能衰竭患者肾积水程度可仅为轻度,泌尿系逆行造影可明确诊断,腹腔镜加双J管置入术为有效的治疗方案。
