摘要
科学发展观是是中国共产党人带领人民继续推进改革开放、全面建成小康社会、夺取中国特色社会主义新胜利的历史条件下形成和提出的重大理论成果,是我们党继马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想之后高高举起的又一面伟大旗帜,是全党必须长期坚持的重要指导思想。科学发展观的提出与贯彻落实,充分反映了中国共产党人对共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律和人类社会发展规律的新探索,充分彰显了中国共产党执政话语体系的现代转型,主要表现为体制变革模式的创新、意识形态导向的重构与普世价值目标的反思。
The Scientific Outlook on Development is an important theoretical achievement formed by Chinese communists under the historical condition of leading the people to go on advancing reform and opening up, com- plete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and strive for new victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is a banner held high by our Party after Marxism ＆ Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, and the important thought of Three Represents, being an important theoretical guidance that the Party must adhere to for a long time. The raising and enforcement of the Scientific Outlook on Develop- ment sufficiently reflects Chinese communists＇ new exploration in the law of communist party＇ s governance,the law of socialism building and the law of human society development, and sufficiently embodies the modern transi- tion of the CPC＇ s governance discourse, which is mainly manifested in the innovation in the pattern of institu- tional reform, the restructuring of ideological orientation, and the reflection on the universal values and goals.
