摘要
本文基于Shulman的学科教学知识(PCK)理论,从学科知识、关于学生的知识、关于教学情境的知识和外语教学策略知识4个方面分析了外语教师的PCK。文章进而探究了外语教师PCK的发展路径:(1)转变教学观念,形成PCK发展的教学思维方式;(2)提升学科知识水平和能力;(3)加强教育知识学习,外在培训与内在实践相结合;(4)推动教育知识向PCK转化;(5)掌握PCK形成方式。
Based on Shulman's theory of pedagogical content knowledge (PCK), this paper analyzes the four aspects of PCK of foreign language teachers: subject matter knowledge, knowledge about students, situated teaching knowl- edge and foreign language teaching strategies. Then, the paper explores the pathways for developing PCK of foreign language teachers : ( 1 ) change teaching concepts and form the thinking mode of developing PCK; (2) increase sub- ject matter knowledge; (3) reinforce the learning of educational knowledge through training and practice; (4) facili- tate the transformation from educational knowledge to PCK; (5) gain direct access to PCK.
