生命周期评价体系在我国木材加工领域的应用 被引量:5

A Review of LCA's Application to Chinese Wood-processing Industry

摘要 生命周期评价(LCA)是评价产品、工艺等对能源与材料使用和环境排放影响的一种评价体系,在木材加工领域的应用始于上世纪90年代。文中论述了欧美等发达国家在木材加工领域LCA的应用,从研究林产品碳平衡方法开始,细化到木质面板、地板生产以及住宅用木制品的LCA研究;研究范围也从传统的木材加工行业到新兴产品诸如木塑等新产品,以及目前较为新兴的生物质能源领域。LCA在中国木材加工领域的应用则侧重于传统的木材加工业,包括木制品、竹制品、木质与非木质复合材料、地板、家具等领域。针对目前我国存在的一些诸如理论和方法上的不足、研究结果代表性不明确、数据质量不高等问题,提出了研究内容细致化、建立符合中国国情的木材加工业的生命周期评价模型、开发自主评价软件、建立符合中国国情的生命周期数据库等对策。 Life Circle Assessment (LCA) is a tool to assess the impact that the use of energy and materials has on environments. LCA was introduced into the wood-processing field in the 1990s. The paper described the application of LCA to wood processing industry in North American and European countries, where the study of LCA started from the carbon balance in forest products and extended to the field of wood veneer, flooring manufacturing and wooden architecture frame. LCA also has a widened application from the traditional wood processing industry to emerging products such as wood-plastic composites and to the new area of biomass energy. In China, LCA has been mainly used in traditional wood processing sucah as wooden products, bamboo products, wooden or non-woody composites, flooring and furniture. We found there are some problems in the LCA' s application in China, including the deficiency in theories and methodology, the lack of representative research results and the low quality data, and proposed some countermeasure, i. e. , set up a suitable databases and reasonable models for LCA and develop assessment software with fully independent intellectual property rights.
