摘要
利用ABAQUS6.9有限元软件,以乳化液泵曲轴为研究对象,运用有限元分析软件研究曲轴的应力和变形情况,确定了曲轴的最危险相位和最大应力值。首先介绍了曲轴的网格处理方法,然后对曲轴的约束和加载作了必要的描述,最后按照乳化液泵曲轴的工作工况,进行了有限元分析,得到曲轴的应力分布云图和连杆轴颈圆角处的最小疲劳安全系数,为曲轴的设计和优化方向提供了充分的理论依据。
This paper uses ABAQUS6.9 finite element software, takes the crankshaft emulsion pump as the research object, by using the finite element analysis software to study the stress and deformation of the crankshaft, determine the most dangerous phase and the maximum stress value,this paper first introduces the grid processing methods, and then the constraints of crankshaft and the loading necessary description, the last of the crankshaft work according to the emulsion pump working condition, the finite element analysis, get the stress distribution of the crankshaft cloud and the shaft neck in round fatigue safety coefficient minimum for the design and optimization of the crankshaft direction provides sufficient theoretical basis.
