幼年特发性关节炎患儿血清细胞因子与自身抗体相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨幼年特发性关节炎(JIA)患儿血清细胞因子与自身抗体的相关性。方法用ELISA法检测JIA患儿、化脓性关节炎患儿和健康儿童血清IL-17、IL-6、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)及抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体、抗RA33抗体水平。结果JIA患儿组血清IL-17、IL-6、TGF-β1、抗CCP抗体、抗RA33抗体分别为(22.57±5.69)ng/L、(17.52±4.41)ng/L、(258.3±57.28)ng/L、(4.97±2.16)RU/mL、(18.69±2.77)RU/mL,高于化脓性关节炎患儿和健康儿童(P均<0.05);JIA患儿血清抗CCP抗体水平与IL-17、IL-6水平呈正相关(r分别为0.419、0.436,P均<0.05),与TGF-β1水平无相关性(r=0.131,P>0.05);抗RA33抗体水平与IL-17水平正相关(r=0.255,P<0.05),与IL-6和TGF-β1无相关性(r分别为0.196、0.213,P>0.05)。结论 JIA患儿细胞因子表达的异常与自身抗体的产生可能参与JIA发病及炎症反应过程。
