摘要
分析了拖拉机悬挂犁耕机组作业时悬挂杆件的受力,分别得到上拉杆阻力传感、下拉杆测力销阻力传感和下拉杆摆臂式阻力传感3种阻力传感机构的传感信号误差表达式,并以3种不同功率拖拉机犁耕机组为例,计算得到不同阻力传感机构应用在不同功率机组情况下的绝对误差和相对误差。由不同土壤比阻和不同耕深的算例计算结果发现,下拉杆阻力传感方案的绝对误差小于上拉杆传感方案,大功率拖拉机悬挂系统应该采用下拉杆阻力机构,以实现提高阻力调节质量,稳定机组牵引负荷的目的。
In this paper, the forces of rear hitch linkage of ploughing tractor set were analyzed. The signal error expression of three kinds of plough resistance sense systems were gotten respec- tively, such as the upper link resistance sensor, the lower link re- sistance measured with load pin, and the lower link resistance measured with sway lever. Giving three different power tractor plough sets as examples and setting different plough resistance, the absolute error and relative error of the three kinds of plough resist- ance sense systems were calculated. By the calculation results from soil specific resistance and different tillage depth, it is found that the lower link resistance sense system has less absolute error than that of the upper link resistance sense system. Therefore, tractor e- quipped with high power engine should adopt the lower link resist- ance sensing system, so as to improve the quality of the resistance regulation and stabilize the tractor traction load.
