摘要
研究了六氯乙烷精炼与氩气旋转喷吹精炼工艺对ZL101A钠盐变质与锶变质效果的影响,分析了不同复合精炼变质工艺对铝液精炼效果和变质效果的影响。试验结果表明,采用氩气旋转喷吹工艺,合金液的精炼效果略好于六氯乙烷精炼工艺,对锶变质效果无影响,且使钠盐的变质效果在60 min以上;采用六氯乙烷工艺,对锶变质效果影响较大,加入量超过0.4%以后,锶的变质效果已经消失,且加快钠盐变质效果的衰退,在加入钠盐30 min后,钠盐的变质效果已消失。
In this paper, the effect of refining technology on sodium salt and strontium modification was studied tbr ZL101A aluminum alloy, and the effect of compound refining technology with modification agent on refining and modification result was analyzed. The results show that the rotating spraying technology with argon gas is better than that 0fC2C16 and has not effect on strontium modification, and makes the result of strontium salt modification reach 60 min; the C2C16 refining technology makes the result of strontium modification disappear and the fade of sodium salt accelerate. When the addition of C2C16 was more than 0.4%, effect of Sr modification disappeared and the fade of sodium modification was accelerated. Thirty minutes later after addition of sodium salt, its modification effect has faded away.
