4,4'-联吡啶类超分子化合物的合成、晶体结构及表征

摘要 采用水热合成法,利用4,4'-联吡啶为桥联配体得到两种新型超分子化合物[(DPA)·0.5(4,4'-bipy)](1)和[Cd(H2O)2·(4,4'-bipy)2]2DSTA(2)(DPA=2,2'-联苯二甲酸、DSTA=2,2'-二硫代水杨酸),并通过X-射线单晶衍射分析、X-射线粉末衍射分析、元素分析和红外光谱对产物进行了表征。研究表明,化合物1通过O-H…N和C-H…O氢键构筑成2D的网络结构,化合物2中心镉离子为六配位构成1个八面体的配位结构,同时,化合物2中包含一个16.112×17.535(4,4)的2D拓扑结构。 Two new compounds, [ (DPA) ~ 0. 5(4,4'-bipy) ] (1) and [Cd(H20)2 · (4,4'-bipy)2] · 2DSTA(2), have been synthesized with 4,4'-bipyridine been hydrothermally synthesized [ DPA = 4,4 "-Biphenyldicarboxylie acid, DSTA =2,2'-Dithiodibenzoie aeid and structural characteristic is obtained by elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure of the compound 1 exhibits two-dimensional networks through O-HN and C-HO bonds. In compound 2, the Cd(II) ion is six-coordinated with a regular octahedral coordination geome- try. The research shows that this arrangement gives rise to a (4,4) connecting 2D topologie grid sheet with large rings of 16. 112 x 17. 535 A in diagonal distances.
