摘要
就中小学心理健康教育师资队伍的基本素质、专业素质、总体工作任务、业务表现,以及工作中的困难和业务水平提高的措施等问题在武汉、宜昌和天门三地开展了面向中小学心理健康教育专兼职教师的调查访谈活动,总结分析了现状及存在的问题,提出了相关对策建议。
Now, with our country paying more and more attention to the psychological health education of the elementary and secondary schools, we think more qualified teaching staff will be needed to serve as the vital task. So it＇ s important for us to make clear about what they are like now, what problems they are facing, and what we are going to deal with and to improve and so on. With these questions, our group put forward countermeasures and proposals after investigating and analyzing the conditions of the psychological teachers＇ basic qualities, professional capacities, total work, working performance, difficulties in work and improving measures.
