摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗对防治输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术后并发症的钬激光碎石术后并发症的作用。方法收集2012年5月—2013年5月在本院泌尿外科住院的单侧输尿管中下段结石,并成功行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术后留置双J管的患者57例,随机分成实验组30例和对照组27例,对照组术后予以西药抗感染、解痉、止痛等对症处理,实验组在西药常规治疗的基础上辅以止血、消肿、化石中药治疗。观察术后4周和拔除双J管后2周的并发症情况。结果实验组患者术后4周和拔除双J管后2周的尿路刺激症、肉眼血尿、尿路感染及腰痛或下腹痛疼痛等并发症均较对照组明显减少(P<0.05),双J管钙盐沉实验组也显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医常规治疗的基础上配合通肾化石中药能有效缓解输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术后并发症,从而改善患者术后的生活质量。
Objective The study was to evaluate the efficacy of a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in treating complications after holmium laser lithotripsy. Method 57 cases of patients with double J tube indwelling after ureteroseopie holmium laser lithotripsy were randomly divided into an experiment group of 30 subjects and a control group of 27 subjects. The experiment group were treated with the conventional therapy of Western medicine combined with Chinese traditional medicine, while the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine. Results Urinary tract symptoms and complications including urinary irritation, hematuria, urinary tract infection, lower back pain or lower abdominal pain were found to be significantly less in the experiment group than that in the control group. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The conventional treatment of Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine on renal fossil decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms after holmium laser lithotripsy. Quality of life can effectively reduce complications and improve patient after operation.
