机电产品3D零件库开发模式及关键技术研究

摘要 现有3D零件库系统在实际应用中存在查询检索缓慢、调用繁琐、更新升级不便等问题.以机电产品中广泛应用的具有标准化、通用化特征的零件为对象,以其数据依功能的一致性归类关联记录存储为前提,探讨了以Pro/E系统为平台,综合运用三维CAD技术、XML技术和关系数据库技术,开发建立内容可动态扩充、定制的机电产品三维零件库的实现技术及所需解决的关键问题.该方法可以为不同领域产品3D零件库的开发提供一种通用的思路. Aiming at the problems, such as slow searching, inconvenient calling and difficult updating, occur in current 3D part library, the method and key issue to develop the 3D part library of which its content can be dynamically expanded and recombined are researched based on the part with the character of standard and universal feature. The method to classify the part data and the corresponding storage way is discussed firstly according to the function of each type of part data. Then the system structure of the 3D part library and its retrieval mode as well as the corresponding implementation technology are discussed based on the Por/E with the technologies as XML, relational database and three dimensional CAD.
