摘要
激励是影响高校教师工作绩效的主要因素。然而,激励能否为高校教师所客观感知,直接影响着激励效果。本文从心理账户的理论视角,立足高校教师心理需求建立了收入、存储和支出三个心理账户,并依据期望理论,构建了心理账户与教师激励之间的相互关系,从而提出提高高校教师激励效果的实现路径。
Incentives are major factors affecting the performance of teachers in college. However, whether incentives can be perceived by teachers will directly affect the incentive effects. This article, from the perspective of mental accounting theory, based on the psychological needs of teachers in colleges to establish income, storage and expenditure of three mental accounts and according to the expectancy theory, builds interrelationships between mental accounting and teacher incentives, and it puts forward increasing the motivation of teachers in colleges to achieve the effect.
