摘要
分析了高校实验技术队伍建设中存在年龄与职称结构不合理、实验教学模式落后、管理考核制度不完善等问题,结合首都师范大学实验技术队伍建设的实际做法,提出从激励机制、参与教学改革、完善考评体系、现代教育技术等方面推进实验技术人员队伍建设的一些可行的措施,以充分发挥实验技术队伍在学校教学、科研工作中的作用。
This study analyzes the problems existing in the construction of university experimental technician team,such as the unreasonable age and the title structure,the backward experiment teaching patterns,and the imperfect management and appraisal system,etc.In order to give full play to the experimental technicians in university teaching and research activities in the role,based on the practices of experimental technicians' construction in Capital Normal University,this article proposes feasible measures to improve the construction of experimental technician team from the incentive mechanism,the participation in teaching reform,the improving appraisal system,the modern educational technology,etc.
