摘要
详细研究了碱金属氧化物 K2 O和 Na2 O、碱土氧化物 Ca O、Sr O、Ba O以及 L a2 O3 、Al2 O3 、B2 O3 氧化物对 Yb3 + 掺杂的硅酸盐玻璃的性质的影响 ,尤其是对荧光寿命和受激发射截面的影响。考虑了荧光捕获效应对测量寿命的影响 ,对高浓度掺杂 Yb3 +的玻璃中的寿命猝灭现象作出了解释 ,在所研究的硅酸盐玻璃中获得了较长荧光寿命和较大的受激发射截面。
Alkali oxides K 2O, Na 2O and alkaline earth oxides CaO、 SrO、 BaO, and La 2O 3, Al 2O 3、 B 2O 3 are used in Yb 3+ doped silicate glasses, their effects on physical and spectroscopic properties are studied, especially the lifetime and stimulated emission cross section. Effect of radiation trapping on measured fluorescence lifetime is considered. Explanation of lifetime quenching in case of high level Yb 3+ doped glasses is given and relative long lifetime and large stimulated emission cross section are obtained in our experiments.
