摘要
介绍了集成医疗企业(IHE)-Connectathon测试在中国的开展情况与IHE在目前医疗信息化系统集成中的应用状况,针对基于IHE的集成模式与现行医院信息化系统集成模式的冲突,将这2种集成模式的优缺点进行了对比分析,从而找到了产生这种困局的原因,提出了解决冲突的方法,展望了IHE的应用趋势。
The development of IHE-Connectathon test in China and the application of IHE in the current medical information system integration are introduced first.Then based on the conflict between the IHE integration mode and the present hospital information system integration mode,the two kinds of integration modes are compared and analyzed,thus the reasons of the predicament are found and the methods to resolve the predicament are proposed.Finally the application outlook of the IHE trend is predicted.
