摘要
时间调制傅里叶变换成像光谱技术可以获得极高的光谱分辨率,这是现有其他类型光谱技术所不能匹敌的,但是它的高光谱分辨率是建立在需要很长的动镜运动导轨的基础之上的。本文针对此问题提出了一类新型干涉仪方案,不仅可减小或消除动镜倾斜及横移对成像干涉图的影响,而且可增大光程差,使得光程差为动镜实际运动位移的数倍,获得极大的最大光程差,从而获得极高的光谱分辨率。
Time modulated Fourier transform imaging spectrometer can obtain high spectral resolution, this is the other types of spectroscopy cannot match, but the high spectral resolution which is based on the need of a long mirror motion based. This paper proposes a new kind of interferometer scheme, not only can reduce or eliminate the tilting of the moving mirror and shifting interferogram effect on imaging, but also can increase the optical path difference, the optical path difference to several times the actual displacement of the moving mirror, the maximum path great difference, so as to obtain high resolution spectra.
