摘要
运用流体动力学CFD对一家商用洗碗机的清洗结构进行仿真分析,通过分析清洗系统的残差曲线图、压力分布图、速度云图等,可以得出该商用洗碗机的清洗系统的结构缺陷,针对结构缺陷提出了结构优化的方案,并对改进后的结构进行验证,保证了优化的效果,最后得出结构优化的结论。
Optimization simulation design of dishwasher washing structure based on CFDis analyaed. By analyzing the struc-ture of the flow field of the residual spray curve, pressure distribution, and velocity cloud etc, the design flaws and defects of the structure of spray of commercial dishwasher are detected. Aiming at the defects, the plan for structure-improving is put forward, and then the effect of the plan is verificated, the optimization effect could be ensured. In the end, the plans for struc-ture-improving are worked out.
