摘要
在以往的溢流堰设计中,堰面曲线都是根据计算的点在CAD中生成,当堰面曲线的参数发生变化时,需要重新生成堰面曲线,技术含量低,耗费时间长。通过三维设计软件CATIA的应用,可以方便地对溢流堰的体型进行设计、修改,减轻了设计人员的劳动强度,加快了设计流程,缩短了设计时间。通过三维效果的展示,设计人员能够从多角度观察设计成果,及时发现设计中存在的问题,减少设计差错,极大地提高了设计水平和工作效率。以溢流堰的体型设计为例,介绍了三维设计软件CATIA在水工建筑物设计中的应用。
in the design of the overflow weir previously, the weir surface curve is produced through CAD based on calculation points. When parameters on the weir surface curve vary, a new weir surface curve shall be re-produced. This is with lower technology and takes a long time. By application of CATIA, the outline of the overflow weir can be designed and modified. This decreases the designer's work strength, speeds up design process and shortens design time. Through presentation of 3D effect, the designer can observe the design prod- ucts from various views, find in time issues in the design, reduce the deign errors and largely improve design level and work efficiency. In this paper, application of CATIA in the design of the hydraulic structures is introduced with the outline design of the overflow weir as an example.
