超声弹性成像在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的应用

摘要 目的比较超声弹性成像技术与二维超声技术对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断能力,以探讨超声弹性成像技术对乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断的应用价值。方法采用二维超声和弹性成像技术对32例患者(共39个乳腺肿块)乳腺肿瘤患者进行检查,并在弹性成像模式下对所有病灶的软硬度进行半定量分析;分别在二维模式下和弹性成像模式下测量病灶面积,计算二者比值。评价二维超声与超声弹性技术对肿瘤的显示能力,并与病理结果对照分析。结果乳腺恶性肿瘤组病灶平均硬度评级高于乳腺良性肿瘤组(P<0.01);乳腺恶性肿瘤组两种成像模式下的病灶面积比大于乳腺良性肿瘤组((P<0.01)。结论超声弹性成像技术对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的定性诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。 objective To compare ultrasonic elasticity imaging with two - dimensional ultrasonography of be- nign and malignant breast tumor for diagnosis. To evaluate the value of the ultrasonic elastography technology in differential diagnosis of benign and malignancy breast tumor. Methods Thirty - nine breast tumors in Thirty - two cases were scanned by two - dimensional ultrasonography and elastography. The rigidity of all tumors were analyzed in elastography mode, the areas oftum ors were measured in ultrasonography and elastography respectively and meanwhile the ratio wascalculated. The display capacity evaluation of the two - dimensional ultrasound and ultra- sound elastography tumor analysis, and pathological findings. Results Breast cancer group average lesion hardness rating higher than that of benign breast tumor group (P 〈 0. 01) ; lesions in the breast cancer group two imaging mode area ratio greater than benign breast tumor group ( ( P 〈0. 01 ) Conclusion Ultrasound elasticity imaging tech- nology has important clinical value of qualitative diagnosis of breast tumors.
