孟鲁司特钠治疗病毒诱发儿童哮喘56例疗效观察 被引量：9

摘要 目的观察孟鲁司特钠对病毒诱发儿童哮喘的临床疗效。方法将106例病毒诱发的哮喘患儿随机分为观察组(56例)和对照组(50例)。两组均予糖皮质激素吸入,观察组加用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片口服,总疗程1个月,观察疗效。结果观察组总有效率94.6%(53/56),对照组总有效率72%(36/50),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗病毒诱发哮喘疗效显著,且能减少激素用量,临床应予推广。
