摘要
利用WGD-6型光学多道分析仪和温度传感器设计了测量不同电流下发光二极管(LED)温度和光谱特性的实验,并测定了紫、蓝、绿、黄和红光二极管管温随电流变化和光谱的变化。各种二极管随电流的增加温度升高,紫、蓝和黄光LED升温速率要快。随电流增加,紫、黄和红光LED有明显的红移,绿光LED有明显的蓝移,而蓝光LED先蓝移后红移。随电流的增加LED有光输出饱和现象。电流的增加引起LED半峰宽宽化,红光LED宽化幅度最大,可达15nm。
Based on a WGD-6 optical multichannel was designed to determinate the temperature and analyzer and a temperature sensor, an experiment spectral characteristics of the purple, blue, green, yellow and red LED under different current. The temperature increases with current, and the one of yellow,red and green LED does faster. Red shift appears on the spectrum of purple, yellow and red LED, and Blue shift appears on the spectrum of green LED,while the spectral lines of blue LED first shift toward the blue end of the spectrum and then return the red end of the spectrum. Light output saturation appears with the increasing current. The width at half-maximum of the peak of the spectra becomes wider with increasing current,and wider range of red LED is the biggest, up to 15 nm.
