摘要
目的探讨心理干预对艾滋病病毒感染者抑郁情况的影响。方法采用抑郁自评量表对94例艾滋病病毒感染者进行问卷调查分析。结果与心理干预前的艾滋病病毒感染者主要分布在0．6～0．69和0．7以上两组相比，干预后的艾滋病病毒感染者抑郁严重度减轻，主要分布在05～0．59和0．6～0．69两组。，结论对艾滋病病毒感染者进行心理干预可以减轻他们的抑郁程度。
Objective To explore the psychological treatment on the influence of the AIDS virus （HIV） infection depression. Methods The depression self rating scale questionnaire survey analysis of 94 cases of HIV infected people. Results Psychological treatment for depression among people infected with HIV had certain improvement. Before and treatment of HIV infection are mainly distributed in 0.6~0.69 and 0.7 above, compared two groups after treatment of HIV infection is reduced severity of depression, mainly distributed in 0.5~0.59 and 0.6 0.69 in the two groups.（x2=46.72,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For people living with HIV therapy can alle- viate their depression levels.
