摘要
针对铝合金薄片MIG焊接对能量控制精度要求高、工艺参数匹配困难的问题,通过对2 mm铝合金薄板的工艺参数进行的三因素三水平的正交试验,和对试验参数的最优组合进行分析,总结出一种工艺参数匹配及优化的方法,并利用此方法完成了对1 mm铝合金薄片的焊接,证明了这一方法的有效性。
Considering the high requirement of the accuracy of energy control and the complexity of matching process parameter in MIG welding for sheet aluminum alloy, this thesis summarized one method of matching and optimization the technological parameter in sheet aluminum alloy welding with pulsed MIG welding. The method came from the analysis report about the phenomena of a three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment of which the factors were the technological parameters in welding 2 mm sheet aluminum alloy. Then the validity of the method was proved by achieving the smooth weld shape on the thinner 1 mm aluminum alloy sheet with pulsed MIG wehting.
